A few years ago we put together a document on
handling awkward behaviour.
We have now updated and extended this document and given it a different name. We have also extended its scope beyond residential youth work to cover other projects and scenarios.
The document looks at what can cause disruptions and problems, how to effectively plan, how to make rules and put them across and how to handle problems that arise.
This will hopefully help with what can be a very difficult area.
